במענה על מכתבו מער"ח סיון,
ת"ח על ההעתק מהצעטל קטן, ותודה כפולה אם ישלח גם מהקטעים שזוכר בע"פ.
המכתבים: בהחופשה הנתונה, חסדי ד' אזכיר, הצעת פרוגרמא לעדת ישראל ישנם פה, אקווה למילוי הבטחתו ע"ד העתק הקונ' ע"ד לה"ק, ות"ח מראש.
כן אם יואיל לשלוח רשימת מכ' התוכניים שישנם תח"י (איזה תיבות מהתחלת המכתב ובהוראת זמן הכתיבה) אוכל לברר אם יש פה האוריגינאל או העתקה ממנו.
ס' השיחות תורת שלום ודאי הגיעו בינתיים.
מה שהעיר בנוגע לאמירת היה"ר שאחר פ' הנשיא ולהשמטת תיבת "על" ביהללוך הא'.
הנה כל ההנהגות שהדפסתי ב"היום יום" הכנסתים ע"פ הוראת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א, וקודם ההדפסה היו עוה"פ נגד עיניו (ויש מהם שציווה להשמיט באמרו שאינם הוראה לרבים) - בשתי הנ"ל: ראינו ג"כ, זה כמה פעמים, את כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש אומר את היה"ר ומשמיט תיבה "על", ואולי היו בזה שינוים, או שמילתא דלא רמי' עלי' דאינש כו'.
את הצ"צ מסרנו למכירה לאחד מהמו"ס פה, והוא שלחם גם לאה"ק, ובאיזו תנאים ימכרם איני יודע, נתוספו (מלבד הגהות - הצ"צ - בסוף חלק המשניות): חלק חו"מ (ס"ז שו"ת) וחלק המילואים (ע"ה שו"ת ועוד צ"ג עמודים חידושים על הש"ס כו') - בסוף האו"ח נדפס פוטו, משו"ת בחו"מ, גכתי"ק הצ"צ, ראשי פרקים מתולדותיו ורשימה ביבליוגרפית מהנדפס ממנו.
בנוגע להמשך בששה"ק תער"ב, דיברתי איזה פעמים עם אנ"ש פה, אבל מה תועלת בהדבור וההדפסה כרוכה בהוצאה של עשרת אלפים דולר לערך, ומי יתן את הכסף? כי מובן שאין לקוות להרבה קופצים על הספר.

אולי יש בידו מן המוכן, או שיכתוב עתה, פרשת עסקנות הציבורית של כ"ק אדנ"ע מאותן השנים אשר השתתף בה? ע"ד העזר הגרים? ואפשר במשך הזמן יוכל לשמש כחלק מדברי ימי חיי כ"ק אדנ"ע.

מה שהעיר.. הנשיא: אמר לי פעם בסעודת ש"ק... "אט דעם יה"ר וואס נאך די נשיאים", ושאלתי: האם צריך לאמרו? ובאה התשובה בזה"ל: "ווער זאגט עם?! די מעשה איז פונקט פארקערט, דעם יה"ר דארף מען טאקי ניט זאגן, און עבדים היינו שה"ג דארפ'ן דוקא יא זאגן".
ולהשמטת תיבת "על" ביהללוך הא': שמענו בכל ליל הסדר וגם בשנה שכ"ק רבנו הקדוש אמר בסוכות הלל לפני התיבה, שאמר "על כל".
בנוגע להמשך בששה"ק תער"ב: שכתב הר"י לנדא: ששמעתי אני מפי קדה"ק רבנו נבג"מ זיע"א שאמר בפירוש: איך וואלט זייער וועלן אז דער בשעה שהקדימו ע"ב זאל ארויס. אז עס וואלט זיך געפינען ווער עס זאל עס קופירן (או אולי: שרייבן צום קאפירן). ואמר את זה בצער. והיום כשמדפיסים הכל, הלא חובה לקיים רצון קדשו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the eve of Rosh Chodesh Sivan: thank you for the copy of the small note, and double thanks if you will also send the excerpts you remember by heart. Regarding the letters: during the given vacation—by G-d's kindness—I will mention them. The proposal for a program for the community of Israel is here. I hope you will fulfill your promise regarding a copy of the booklet about Lashon HaKodesh; many thanks in advance. Also, if you would kindly send a list of content letters you have (some words from the beginning of each letter and an indication of when it was written), I could clarify whether we have the original or a copy here. The volumes "Sichos Torat Shalom" have surely arrived by now.
Regarding your comment about reciting "Yehi Ratzon" after Parshat HaNasi and omitting the word "al" in "Yehalelucha Ha...": all customs I printed in Hayom Yom were included according to instructions from my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita. Before printing, they were reviewed again before his eyes (and some he instructed to omit, saying they are not directives for everyone). In both cases mentioned: we have also seen several times my father-in-law, the Rebbe admu"r shlita say Yehi Ratzon and omit the word "al." Perhaps there were changes in this practice or it is something not obligatory for everyone.
We sold tzt"z for sale to one of the publishers here, who also sent them to Eretz HaKodesh. Under what conditions they are being sold I do not know. In addition to glosses (tzt"z) at the end of Mishnayot section: there is a section on Choshen Mishpat (67 responsa) and a supplement section (75 responsa plus another 93 pages of novellae on Shas etc.). At the end of Orach Chaim was printed a photo from responsa in Choshen Mishpat, an autograph by tzt"z, main points from his biography, and a bibliographic list of his published works.
Regarding continuing with Shaarei Kedusha Tof-Reish-Ayin-Beit: I spoke several times with Anash here, but what is gained by talking? Printing costs about ten thousand dollars—and who will provide this money? Clearly we cannot expect many buyers for this book.
