I was pleased to receive the news that you have been accepted to the Talmud Torah for the coming term. May Hashem help you succeed in inspiring the students with a spirit of Torah and Yiras Shamayim so that they will be Jews with a Chassidic appearance. Do not be afraid of how this can be accomplished, for ever since my revered father-in-law the Rebbe came to this country, he has shown that it depends on the one who inspires and influences. If one works at this as required, then even in this country it is possible to see this with one's own eyes...
