מצטער אני על שנמשך הענין של רשיון שלו [להגירתו למרוקו] זה זמן רב ביותר, ולפלא שאין מזרזין זא"ז כדבעי למהוי מתאים לדרישת הענין ובפרט שגם הרה"ג והרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ וכו' מוהרבא"ג [בנימין אליהו גורודצקי] שי' נמצא עתה במחנם, וידועים לו הדרכים בזה, ואין צועקין על העבר, ולא באתי אלא להעירו בנוגע להבא, ויה"ר שתהי' כל העכבה לטובה ועת לכל חפץ, ובכ"א תהי' הצלחה בגו"ר הן בענינים הכללים והן בענינים הפרטים.

The office has also informed me that they received it from you. With G‑d's help, when I am at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, I will read the list.
I am distressed that your immigration permit matter has been delayed for such a long time. It is surprising that everyone is not urging each other as is fitting to meet the demands of the situation—especially since Harav Hagaon Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z etc. Moreinu HaRav Binyamin Eliyahu Gorodetzky is currently in your area and knows the procedures in this matter. There is no point in lamenting what has already passed; my intention is only to draw attention for future actions. May it be G‑d's will that all delays turn out for good and that there be a time for every desire. In any case, may you have success both in general matters and in personal matters.
A separate copy of an excerpt from what was discussed at the farbrengen on Shabbat Mevarchim Elul is being sent to you; surely you will use this to benefit the many.
