אין נאמען פון אלע מוסדות, און אין מיין נאמען, נעם איך די געלעגנהייט אויסצודריקן אנערקענונג און יישר-כח צו אייך און צו אלע אנטיילנעמער און שטיצער פון דעם קאמפיין, ווי איך די האפנונג, אין איינקלאנג מיט דעם מאמר רז"ל - מעלין בקודש, אז איר וועט אויך להבא אנשטרענגען אלע מעגליכקייטן פא[ר]צוזעצן די ארבעט לטובת המוסדות הק' דליובאוויטש, ובפרט פאר דעם איצטיקן עמוירדזשענסי קאמפיין.
עס איז זייער וויכטיק צו געדיינקען, אז יעדער פרט און יעדע קטנות אין חינוך פון אידישע קינדער איז נוגע דער צוקונפט פון די קינדער. דאס איז גלייך צו א קערנדל וואס דארף זיך איינווארצלען און פונאנדערבליען אין א פרוכטבארען בוים. א קליין פגימה'לע אין דעם קערנדל, וואס בא א דערוואקסענעם בוים וואלט עס גאר קיין ווירקונג ניט געהאט, קען האבן גאר גרויסע קאנסעקווענצן אין דער צוקונפט פון דעם קערנדל און קען אפילו פארקריפלען דעם בוים.
די מוסדות חינוך דליובאוויטש, וואו דער טראפ ווערט געלעגט אויף תורה ביראת שמים, א חינוך הכשר על טהרת הקדש, פארנעמען א גאנץ אייגנארטיקן און לעבנסוויכטיקן ארט אין אידישן לעבן אין פארשידענע טיילן פון דער וועלט; זיי ברענגען ליכטיקייט, ווארימקייט און חיות אין אידישן לעבן, און דאס ווערט געטאן מיט אמת'ע מסירות נפש, לויט דעם דרך וואס איז אונז אלעמען אנגעוויזן געווארן דורך כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע. במילא דארף די ארבעט צו פארשטארקען און אויסברייטערן די דאזיקע מוסדות אויך זיין במסירות נפש, און דערמיט פארגרעסערט מען די צנורות דורך וועלכע דער אויבערשטער יתברך שיקט זיינע ברכות, מדה כנגד מדה ומרובה מדה טובה, בכל המצטרך בגשמיות וברוחניות.

It gave me pleasure to see the first fruits of the United Emergency Campaign in Chicago for the Lubavitch institutions, through the first contribution that has arrived.
In the name of all the institutions, and in my own name, I take this opportunity to express recognition and appreciation to you and to all participants and supporters of this campaign. I also express hope, in accordance with our Sages' teaching—Ma'alin BaKodesh (we ascend in matters of holiness)—that you will continue to exert every effort to further support the holy Lubavitch institutions, especially for this current emergency campaign.
It is very important to remember that every detail and even the smallest aspect in educating Jewish children affects their future. This is comparable to a seed that must take root and blossom into a fruitful tree. A small blemish in this seed—which would have no effect on a mature tree—can have great consequences for its future development and can even cripple the tree.
The Lubavitch educational institutions, where emphasis is placed on Torah with awe of Heaven—a pure education on sacred foundations—occupy a unique and vital place in Jewish life across various parts of the world. They bring light, warmth, and vitality into Jewish life, all accomplished with true self-sacrifice according to the path shown to us all by our revered teacher and father-in-law, the previous Rebbe zatzal.
Therefore, work to strengthen and expand these institutions must also be done with self-sacrifice. In doing so, one increases the channels through which Hashem sends His blessings—measure for measure and even more so—in all material and spiritual needs.
