Hereby I introduce to you the well-known activist vavac"h iy"a etc. HaRav Yitzchak Elmaleh, a Sephardi by origin, who is preparing to visit Eretz HaKodesh on an important matter concerning Sephardic children immigrating from North Africa to Eretz HaKodesh. This aforementioned activist is among the most prominent and finest activists of the Sephardim in Morocco and is one of our friends and supporters of the Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch institutions there. He is an honorable person with heart and feeling and good character traits, devoted and dedicated to the proper education of the children of Morocco, etc.
I ask you to receive him with special attention and with the respect appropriate to his temperament and spirit, and to help him in this most important matter as much as possible—both on your part and through acquaintances wherever necessary.
