במענה על מכתבו מי"א תמוז, בו כותב בקצרה ע"ד קורות ימי חייו עד עתה, ואשר עתה מתעסק במלאכתו בשדה חינוך הכשר בתור מורה במושב בתלמוד תורה לקרב את לבן של בני ישראל לאבינו שבשמים, ושואל חוות דעתי אם מותר לו להשאר במקומו, מפני כמה טעמים וכו'
הנה לפי המצב שכותב במכתבו שישנם בהת"ת כמאה ילדים - כן ירבו - והוא משפיע להם ומלמדם ברוחה של יראת שמים, הנה לא לבד שמותר לו להשאר במקומו, אלא שמחוייב הוא בזה, והטענות שכותב במכ' נגד זה, הנה צריך לחפש עצות ותחבולות איך להסירם, ובטח יזמין לו השי"ת דרכים שיסורו כל המניעות בזה.
בשאלתו איך יוכל להשיג מדה גדולה של יראת שמים, אהבת השם ואהבת התורה וכו', הנה בימינו אלה הדרך לזה הוא, לימוד תורת החסידות העוסקת ומביאה לידי יראת ה' אהבת השם אהבת התורה ואהבת ישראל, וכאו"א רואה זאת במוחש והמפורסמות אין צריכות ראי', ובטח יכול למצוא מכירים כאלו שייעצוהו איך להתחיל בלימוד זה ולהדריכו באופן המתאים לחושיו וכשרונותיו, והשי"ת ימלא משאלות לבו בפנימיות להיות ירא שמים באמת ולזכות לקרב את לבם של מושפעיו ותלמידיו לאבינו שבשמים,

In response to your letter from the 11th of Tammuz, in which you briefly describe the events of your life until now, and that you are currently working in the field of kosher education as a teacher in a moshav at a Talmud Torah to bring the hearts of Jewish children closer to our Father in Heaven, and you ask my opinion if it is permitted for you to remain in your place due to several reasons, etc.
According to the situation you describe in your letter—that there are about one hundred children in the Talmud Torah (may they increase), and you influence them and teach them with a spirit of awe of Heaven—not only is it permitted for you to remain in your place, but you are obligated to do so. The arguments you write against this—you must seek advice and strategies on how to remove them, and surely Hashem will provide ways for all obstacles in this matter to be removed.
Regarding your question on how to attain a great measure of awe of Heaven, love of Hashem, love of Torah, etc.—in our times, the way to this is through studying Chassidus, which deals with and brings about awe of Hashem, love of Hashem, love of Torah, and love of Israel. Everyone sees this tangibly—well-known facts need no proof—and surely you can find acquaintances who will advise you how to begin this study and guide you in a way suited to your senses and talents. May Hashem fulfill the desires of your heart inwardly—to truly be G‑d-fearing and merit bringing the hearts of those you influence and teach closer to our Father in Heaven.

The Rebbe teaches that when one positively influences many children as a teacher, not only may he stay—he must. Obstacles should be overcome with faith that Hashem will help. Studying Chassidus is key for developing true awe and love of Hashem.
