ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו ה' עליהם יחיו
ברכה ושלום!
ידוע עד כמה הפליגו חז"ל במעלת נשי ישראל וזכותן, שהביאו גאולה וישועה לפרטים וגם לכלל ישראל בעתות צרה ר"ל. ואבותינו רבותינו הק' נשיאי חב"ד, וביחוד כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, הדגישו תפקידן הגדול של נשי ישראל בכלל ונשי חב"ד בפרט, בימינו אלו. וכבר כתב כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר כי אחת הכוונות העקריות של פרסום שיחותיו היא להביא תועלת ולהמציא חומר המתאים לנשי חב"ד ובנות חב"ד בחינוכן ובעבודתן, הן לעצמן והן בנוגע לזולתן. והאריכות בזה אך למותר.
ובהתאם להנ"ל ובהמשך לארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו, הנני בזה להציע ראשי פרקים מתכנית עבודה בעדן בכללות:
א. עבודה בנוגע לעצמן:
(א) להתועד לעתים קבועות ללימוד (פ' השבוע, עניני החג לפני החג, דינים וכיו"ב).
(ב) ללמוד מאמרים המתאימים, השיחות וכו' המדברים בעקרי תורת החסידות, מנהגי', הדרכות החסידות וכו', ועל ידי זה לחזק רוח החסידות ואור החסידות בביתן.
ב. עבודה בנוגע הזולת:
(א) להשתדל בתוספת אומץ, קודם כל, לטובת הזולת הקרוב, היינו בחינוך בניהם ובנותיהם, וחינוך בני ובנות ישראל בסביבתם.
(ב) לנהל תעמולה לחזק עניני יהדות בכלל, וטהרת המשפחה, כשרות וחינוך הכשר בפרט.
(ג) להשתדל בחיזוק מוסדות החינוך הכשר בכלל, ובפרט לקחת חלק פעיל בכל מוסדות חינוך חב"ד אשר באה"ק ת"ו, וביחוד בנוגע לסידור אכילה ולינה, ההשגחה על הנקיון, התלבושת וכיו"ב.
ויהי נועם ה' עליהן ומעשה ידיהן להביא פירות ופירי פירות לגאון ישראל סבא ולתפארת חב"ד.
בברכה להמצטרך לכל אחת ואחת ולבני ביתה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

It is well known how greatly our Sages extolled the virtue and merit of Jewish women, who brought redemption and salvation both to individuals and to the entire Jewish people during times of distress, G‑d forbid. Our ancestors, the holy Rebbeim of Chabad—and especially my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—emphasized the great role of Jewish women in general and Nshei Chabad in particular in our times.
My revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, already wrote that one of the main purposes for publicizing his talks is to provide benefit and suitable material for Nshei Chabad and Bnos Chabad for their education and work—both for themselves and regarding others. There is no need to elaborate further on this.
Accordingly, and as a continuation of the organization of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh (may it be rebuilt), I hereby present an outline of a general work plan for them:
A. Work regarding themselves: (1) To gather at regular intervals for study (the weekly Torah portion, holiday topics before each holiday, laws, etc.). (2) To study appropriate maamarim (Chassidic discourses), talks, etc., which discuss the fundamentals of Chassidus—its customs, guidance, etc.—and through this to strengthen the spirit and light of Chassidus in their homes.
B. Work regarding others: (1) To strive with increased strength—first and foremost—for the benefit of those closest to them; that is, educating their sons and daughters as well as educating Jewish boys and girls in their surroundings. (2) To conduct campaigns to strengthen Judaism in general—and specifically family purity, kashrus, and proper education. (3) To endeavor to strengthen kosher educational institutions overall—and especially to take an active part in all Chabad educational institutions in Eretz HaKodesh (may it be rebuilt), particularly concerning arrangements for meals and lodging, supervision over cleanliness, dress code, etc.
May the pleasantness of Hashem be upon them and may their handiwork bring forth fruits and fruits of fruits for the pride of Israel Saba (our forefather Yaakov) and for the glory of Chabad.
