א. ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד מהווה חלק מאגודת חסידי חב"ד באוטונומי' מיוחדת משלו, ועל דרך ארגון צעירי אגודת חסידי חב"ד באה"ק ת"ו.
ב. ארגון נשי ובנות חב"ד בוחר הנהלה לנהל עבודת הארגון.
בטח יפרסמו מכתב הכללי הנ"ל באופן המתאים ויגשו לעבודת בהקדם.
ת"ח על הודעתן על דבר כל הנ"ל.

In continuation to my general letter regarding the plan for your activities, I hereby propose the following arrangement:
A. The Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Organization constitutes a part of Agudas Chassidei Chabad with its own special autonomy, similar to the Tzeirei Agudas Chassidei Chabad Organization in Eretz HaKodesh.
B. The Nshei U'Bnos Chabad Organization elects a board to manage the organization's work.
Certainly you will publicize the aforementioned general letter in an appropriate manner and begin your work promptly.
