הנה זה מכבר מלתי אמורה לכל אנ"ש שיחיו אשר בפאריז, וסביבותי', אשר איני רואה כל סיבה לבהלה ואיני רואה כל סיבה להעתקה, ובפרט שבטח ידוע להם הקישויים והכבדות בהסתדרות המתאימה של אלו שהעתיקו לקנדה אוסטראליא וכו', ולדאבוני קישויים לא רק בנוגע למצב הגשמי אלא גם למצבם ברוחניות שלא הוטב, וכיון שהשי"ת זיכהו שעובד הוא באהלה של תורה בישיבת תומכי תמימים, הלא למה לו להניח מצבו בו מוצא פרנסתו ברו"ג ולהעמיד את עצמו בנסיונות, והשי"ת יצליחו בשביעת רצון להיות שמח בחלקו, און עס איז פראן פון וואס צו זיין צופרידען.

In response to your letter in which you ask for my opinion about relocating: I have already stated to all our Anash in Paris and its surroundings that I see no reason for panic and no reason for relocation. Especially since they surely know the difficulties and hardships in properly settling for those who moved to Canada, Australia, etc., and unfortunately the difficulties are not only regarding their material situation but also their spiritual state has not improved. Since Hashem has granted you the merit to work in the tent of Torah at Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim, why should you leave your current situation where you earn your livelihood both materially and spiritually, and put yourself into tests? May Hashem grant you success with satisfaction to be happy with your lot, and there is indeed reason to be satisfied.
