בקשר עם ימי הגאולה יב-יג תמוז, גאולתו ופדות נפשו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הוצאנו לאור קונטרס מתורת רבינו צדיק הדור יסוד עולם, שהנני שולח לכמ"ע שי', ובטח ימצא בו ענין רב.
מקבל אני לעתים תכופות מכתבים וידיעות מעבודת המוסדות הק' אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש ומהתענינותו הטובה של כמ"ע שי'. וגדול זכותו הקדוש של המייסד הגדול אשר בשמו דוגלים המוסדות הנ"ל להביא ברכה והצלחה לכל המשתתפים בעבודת הקדש, כי יוסף הוא המשביר לכל הארץ, ויצא יצחק לשוח בשדה לפנות ערב, עת שהקליפות וסט"א מתגברים, הי' לא תהי', ורוצים להחשיך הארת שמש ומגן הוי' אלקים, וארז"ל לשוח אין שיחה אלא לשון תפלה, תפלה ל' התופל כלי חרס, המתקן ומחבר כלי חרס עפר מן האדמה לבוראם אביהם שבשמים, ותפלה כפשוטו שהוא נושא רינה ותפלה בעד כל אלה המסייעים ומשתתפים בתמיכת והרחבת המוסדות שיסד להרביץ תורה ביראת שמים ברבים, ובפרט בימי גאולה וסגולה אלה, יום הולדת רבינו וגאולתו.
בטחוני חזק אשר מע"כ שי', כמאז כן עתה, ובפרט לימים הבאים, יושיט יד עזרה בעבודתנו בכוחות הנעלים שחננו השם יתברך ויתעלה.
באיחול קבלת רוב נחת מבנו שי'.

I received your esteemed letter along with a copy of your sermon delivered at the synagogue on Pesach. Your heartfelt words surely penetrated the hearts of the listeners and bore fruit.
In connection with the days of redemption, 12–13 Tammuz—the redemption and salvation of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagm zya—I have published a booklet from our Rebbe's teachings, the righteous one of the generation and foundation of the world, which I am sending to you. Surely you will find much value in it.
I frequently receive letters and reports about the work of the holy institutions Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch and about your good involvement.
The great merit of the holy founder, whose name these institutions bear, brings blessing and success to all who participate in this sacred work. For Yosef is "the provider for all the land," and "Yitzchak went out to meditate in the field toward evening"—a time when kelipot and sitra achra intensify (may it not be so), seeking to darken the illumination of Hashem Elokim as sun and shield. Our Sages said that "to meditate" means prayer; prayer is like one who joins together earthenware vessels—repairing and uniting clay from earth to their Creator, their Father in Heaven. And prayer in its simple sense: he raises song and prayer on behalf of all those who assist and participate in supporting and expanding these institutions founded to spread Torah with awe of Heaven publicly—especially during these days of redemption and special merit: our Rebbe's birthday and his redemption.
I am confident that you—as always until now, especially for future days—will extend a helping hand to our work with the lofty abilities granted you by Hashem may He be blessed and exalted.
