בנועם נודעתי ע"י הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ איש רב פעלים וכו' מוה"ר זלמן טובי' שי' הכהן מפעולתיהם הטובות בעת הרישום בפרט ובחינוך הכשר בכלל לקרב את לבם של ישראל לאביהם שבשמים, וידוע מה שכותב כ"ק אדמו"ר רבינו הזקן זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, בעל התניא והשו"ע בספרו תורה אור בתחלתו, אשר על ידי מעשה הצדקה נעשים מוחו ולבו זכים אלף פעמים ככה, ואם בצדקה גשמית כן הוא, הרי על אחת כמה וכמה בצדקה רוחנית, ויהי רצון מהשי"ת שתקויים הבטחה הנ"ל בכל אחד ואחד מהם במילואה, ויצליחו בלימודם בתורת ה' הן בלימוד תורת הנגלה והן בלימוד תורת החסידות וביראת שמים וכלשון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, יגדלו להיות יראי שמים חסידים ולמדנים.
בברכת חג הגאולה, גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ממאסרו בעד עבודתו במסירת נפש להחזקת התורה והיהדות ומעשה אבות סימן - טוב ומז"ט - לבנים אלו התלמידים.

It was with pleasure that I learned through Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n one who is involved in tzt"z and is a man of many deeds etc., Moreinu Harav Zalman Tuvia Hakohen, about your good activities during the registration period in particular and in kosher education in general to bring the hearts of Israel closer to their Father in Heaven. It is well known what my revered father-in-law the Alter Rebbe writes at the beginning of his book Torah Or: that through the act of charity one's mind and heart become refined a thousand times over; and if this is so with material charity, how much more so with spiritual charity.
May it be the will of Hashem that this aforementioned assurance be fulfilled for each one of you in its entirety, and may you succeed in your study of the Torah of Hashem—both in the revealed Torah and in Chassidus—and in fear of Heaven. As my revered father-in-law the Rebbe said: "They should grow up to be G‑d-fearing Chassidim and scholars."
With blessings for the Festival of Redemption—the redemption of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe from his imprisonment for his self-sacrifice for strengthening Torah and Judaism—and may the deeds of the fathers be a good sign and mazal tov for these students.
