מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מבדר"ח תמוז עם רשימת התלמידים המוסג"ב וכן מכתביו הקודמים, ובלי נדר אזכירם בעת רצון על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ומ"ש במכתבו על ענין המקואות שנעשו שם ע"י מי ברזא, וכנראה ממכ' כוונתו כפשוטו שמשתמשים במים הבאים מ'וואדאפראוואד!!
הנה מבלי לעשות רעש בזה, יש לשנותם מעט מעט אם למקוה מי גשמים, ואם אין גשמים במקומם, אולי אפשר להשיג קרח מלאכותי (איסקוסטועינע) או ע"י המשכה ממעין.
הקונטרס לחג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל, בטח כבר הגיע לידו, ויסדר את החגיגה בפרסום המתאים בהשתתפות גם מבני העיר וינצל את זה בענינים של פועל דעשי' לעילא.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from around Rosh Chodesh Tammuz with the list of enrolled students as well as your previous letters. Without making a vow, I will mention them at an auspicious time at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal.
Regarding what you wrote in your letter about the mikvaos that were constructed there using well water, and as it appears from your letter, your intention is literal—that they are using water coming from 'Vadapravod'—without making a commotion about this matter, it is necessary to change them little by little, either to a mikvah of rainwater or, if there is no rain in your area, perhaps it is possible to obtain artificial ice (iskostuayne) or by drawing from a spring.
The booklet for the Festival of Redemption on Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, may it come upon us for good, has surely already reached you. Organize the celebration with appropriate publicity including participation from local residents and use this opportunity for impactful activities beyond the ordinary.
