I was pleased to receive your letter from Sivan—though it did not indicate the day it was written—in which you write about your work at Beis Rivka in Kfar Chabad, and thank G‑d, it has borne fruit and the number of students has reached 38. You also suggest that an assistant teacher be hired who is suitable for this role. Of course, it is difficult from here to say which teacher would be most appropriate; this must be decided on site. I am writing only regarding a general point: it would be worthwhile to make a special effort to seek out girls as students who will, in a relatively short time, be fit to become educators and guides—at least for young boys and girls—and surely with proper enthusiasm such candidates can be found.

I have written to the village administration about the necessity of suitable housing for Beis Rivka, and I strongly hope they will do everything possible in this regard.

With blessings for success in your holy work, which will also serve as a channel and vessel for drawing down and receiving the blessings of Hashem in your personal matters and especially for your husband, the rabbi, may he live.
