בנועם קבלתי מכתבו... כן מודיע אשר הגיעו מכתב מהקנסול בנוגע להוויזה שלו, ומבקש ברכה שיסורו מעליו המניעות ועכובים.
הנה זה מכבר איני מבין מה שכותב שיש עליו מניעות ועכובים, כי מי מאתנו יודע עד מה, מה טוב לפניו אם להיות עוד איזה שבועות במקום שהוא עתה ולהאירו בנר מצוה תורה אור ומאור שבתורה זוהי תורת החסידות, או דוקא להעתיק משם בהקדם היותר אפשרי ולחפש ענינים חדשים ובמקום ספק כזה הרי טוב יותר לסמוך על הקב"ה שהוא עצם הטוב, אלא שיש חוב לעשות כלי בדרך הטבע, ואת זה כבר עשה במרץ גדול ביותר, ובטח יצליחו השי"ת בענינים הכללים ובענינים הפרטים - בעדו וכל ב"ב שיחיו.
בטח קיבל העתק מכתבי הכללי לחה"פ ופרסמו באופן המתאים.

I pleasantly received your letter... You also inform me that a letter arrived from the consul regarding your visa, and you request a blessing that the obstacles and delays be removed from you.
For some time now I have not understood what you write about having obstacles and delays, because which of us knows to what extent it is good for him—whether it is better to remain for a few more weeks where you are now and illuminate it with the candle of mitzvah and Torah light, and the light within Torah is the teachings of Chassidus; or perhaps it is specifically better to move from there as soon as possible and seek new opportunities. In such uncertainty it is better to rely on the Holy One Blessed Be He, Who is the essence of good. However, there is an obligation to make a vessel through natural means, and this you have already done with great energy. Surely Hashem will grant success in both general matters and personal matters—for you and your entire family.
Surely you received a copy of my general letter for Pesach and publicized it appropriately.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that while we must make every natural effort regarding our needs, ultimate trust should be placed in G‑d's goodness and providence. Even when facing delays or obstacles, one should recognize that only G‑d knows what is truly best for us.
