Many thanks for the good news you informed me that the surgery performed for Mrs. ... may she live, was successful. May Hashem grant him merit to be a good person who brings good news, as our Sages say in Kiddushin 40a: 'Good to Heaven and good to people.' In a person's service to his Creator, this means being good to Heaven refers to the Divine soul, and being good to people refers to his body and animal soul. This is from the teachings of the Baal Shem Tov, as he explains on the verse 'Ki Tireh Chamor Sonacha Roveitz...' ("If you see your enemy's donkey lying under its burden...") and as quoted in Hayom Yom page 23.
I am interested to know about his studies, and I trust he also has a set time in the area of Torah called by our Sages 'kab chumtin' (Shabbat 31a), upon which depends also the endurance and benefit of all the 'kurin dechitin' (since Torah is called wheat).
With blessing for Torah study with true awe of Heaven.
