י' שבט, תשי"ב

BaYom HaHilulah D'azlinan Minei Asiri B'Shevat (On the day of the hilulah from which we draw, the tenth of Shevat), the merit of the one whose hilulah it is—a supreme tzaddik who provides sustenance for all the earth—is exceedingly great. He draws down salvations, blessings, and success upon all those involved in his institutions.

Certainly, you will arrange to inspire many towards Torah and mitzvos, to strengthen his institutions and enactments, to connect with the Tree of Life, and to be blessed with everything needed both materially and spiritually.

Awaiting good news. With blessing,

Menachem Schneerson
