נעם לי לקבל הרצאת בא-כוחי, מנהל הלשכה האירופית לעזרת פליטים וסידורם אשר בפאריס, הרה"ג והרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"מ עוסק בצרכי ציבור באמונה וכו' מוהר"ר בנימין שי' גורודצקי, על דבר ביקורו במחנם.
וביחוד שמחתי לשמוע שמעו הטוב של מעלת כבודו ופעולותיו הטובות להחזקת התורה והיהדות בקהלתם, ובפרט בעניני החינוך הכשר, וקביעות עתים לתורה ברבים.
גם הוסיפה שמחה בלבי הידיעה על דבר התעוררות לבנות ישיבה ותלמוד תורה ברוח התורה והמסורה.
והנה למותר להאריך לדכוותי' בגודל הזכות והמצוה להיות ממזכי הרבים, אשר זכות הרבים תלוי בו, ונאמן הוא בעל מלאכתו לשלם שכרו בזה ובבא.
ותקותי חזקה, אשר ככל דבר חי הניכר בגידולו והתפתחותו, הנה גם עבודתו הטובה תלך הלוך וגדול מחיל אל חיל, על ידי תוספת כח ועוז בהשתדלותו הוא ובהשפעתו על אחרים. והשם יתברך ויתעלה ישפיע עליו ועל כל המשתתפים בעבודת הקדש שפעת ברכה והצלחה הן בעבודתם הציבורית והן בעניניהם הפרטיים בטוב הנראה והנגלה מנפש ועד בשר.
אשמח לקבל בשורות טובות מהגדלת והרחבת פעולותיהם הטובות, בהוספת שיעורי לימוד ברבים הן בתורת הנגלה והן בתורת החסידות המאור שבתורה, ובהשתדלותם הטובה לקרב לבות בני ובנות ישראל לאביהם שבשמים.

I was pleased to receive the report from my representative, the director of the European office for refugee aid and resettlement in Paris, Harav HaGaon and Harav HaChassid vavac"h iy"a nu"m dedicated to communal needs with faith etc. Moreinu Harav Reb Binyamin Gorodetzky, regarding his visit to your community.
I was especially happy to hear of your good reputation and your positive activities in strengthening Torah and Judaism in your community, particularly in matters of proper education and establishing set times for public Torah study.
The news about the awakening to establish a yeshiva and Talmud Torah in the spirit of Torah and tradition also brought added joy to my heart.
It is unnecessary to elaborate to you on the great merit and mitzvah of enabling many others to do good—since the merit of the many depends on him—and He Who employs you is trustworthy to pay your reward both in this world and the next.
My strong hope is that just as every living thing is recognized by its growth and development, so too will your good work continue to grow from strength to strength through increased effort on your part and by influencing others.
May Hashem Yisbarach Veyisaleh grant you and all those participating in this holy work abundant blessing and success both in your communal work and personal matters—good that is visible and revealed, from soul to flesh.
I will be glad to receive good news about the expansion of your positive activities: increasing public study sessions both in Nigleh (the revealed part of Torah) and Chassidus (the illuminating aspect of Torah), as well as your efforts to bring the hearts of Jewish men and women closer to their Father in Heaven.
