באזונדערס האט מיר געפרייט צו הערן וועגן אייער וויכטיקע ארבעט לטובת הכלל, אז איר און אייער פרוי תחי' האבן מקדיש געווען א בית-הכנסת לטובת הקהל, וכו', און אז איצט האט איר זיך אונטערנומען צו מאכן א גרויסן תיקון אין אייער קהלה דורך גרינדן א כשר'ע קיך, און האט פאר דעם צוועק מקדיש געווען א פאסנדע הויז אין צענטער פון שטאט.
עס איז איבעריק מאריך צו זיין וועגן דעם גרויסן זכות און מצוה צו זיין פון די מזכי הרבים, ובפרט אין אזעלכע וויכטיקע ענינים ווי די וועלכע ווערן דערמאנט אין דער תפלה מי שברך - מי שמייחדים בתי כנסיות לתפלה גו' ופת לאורחים גו', וואס מתן שכרו בצדו - הקב"ה ישלם שכרם גו' וישלח ברכה והצלחה בכל מעשה ידיהם.
איך וויל אבער אויסדריקן מיין האפנונג און אונטערשטרייכן, אז ווי יעדע לעבעדיקע זאך, וועט אויך אייער גוטע ארבעט האלטן אין וואקסן, און אז איר וועט פארגרעסערן אייערע באמיאונגען אין אלע ענינים לטובת הכלל, צו פארשטארקן תורה און אידישקייט סיי צווישן די ארטיקע איינוואוינער, סיי צווישן די שטודירנדע יוגנט.
דער אויבערשטער בלייבט ניט קיין בעל-חוב, און ער וועט אייך אויך זיכער משפיע זיין בשפע ברכות און מצליח זיין סיי אין אייער ארבעט לטובת הכלל, סיי אין אייערע אייגענע ענינים, בגשמיות וברוחניות.

It gave me pleasure to receive a report from my personal representative and director of our European Relief Bureau, Haraha"g veHaraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m one who is involved in communal needs with faith etc. Moreinu HaRav Reb Binyamin Garadetsky, regarding his visit to Madrid.
I was especially pleased to hear about your important work for the benefit of the community: that you and your wife have dedicated a synagogue for the benefit of the congregation, etc., and that now you have undertaken to make a major improvement in your community by establishing a kosher kitchen, dedicating for this purpose an appropriate house in the center of the city.
It is unnecessary to elaborate on the great merit and mitzvah of being among those who bring merit to the many—especially in such important matters as those mentioned in the prayer Mi Shebeirach: "those who dedicate synagogues for prayer... and provide bread for guests...", whose reward is close at hand—may the Holy One, blessed be He, pay their reward... and send blessing and success in all their endeavors.
I would like to express my hope and emphasize that just as with every living thing, so too will your good work continue to grow; that you will increase your efforts in all matters for the benefit of the community—to strengthen Torah and Judaism both among local residents and among the student youth.
The Alm-ghty never remains indebted; He will surely grant you abundant blessings and success both in your communal work and in your personal affairs, materially and spiritually.
I will be very pleased to hear further good news about your work.
