Enclosed is a booklet published for the 24th of Teves as well as a general letter related to this. If you have any comments on this, I would be pleased to hear them.

As I have said before, the word Gabba'i is an acronym: Ana B'Koach Gedulat Yemincha (please, with the strength of Your right hand), meaning that one who is chosen by Divine Providence to be a Gabbai in a synagogue must possess strength in kindness (Yemincha—Your right hand), and in the language of request (Ana—please), meaning his influence should be strong but used with kindness—to make the synagogue a chassidic shul and to illuminate and warm the entire environment.
