במענה על ההודעה אשר נעשית בר מצוה ובקשת ברכה בשבילך,
הנני בזה להביע ברכתי אשר, כלשון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, תהי' ירא שמים חסיד ולמדן ותשביע רוב נחת, חסידישן נחת.
סיפר כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, אשר די בר מצוה מאמרים פלעגט מען (אצל הנשיאים) אנהייבען נעשה אדם (וכשניתן המאמר להעתיק השמיטו לפעמים את ההתחלה).
זאת אומרת אשר הבר מצוה צריך לדעת שעליו להשיג מעלת תואר אדם, שזהו היותר מעולה בארבעת התוארים אדם, איש, גבר, אנוש (ראה קונטרס תורת החסידות פ"ז. ד"ה ויבוא עמלק תש"ט - קונטרס ס"ב פ"ב). וצריך לעבוד בזה תיכף ולא להניח על אחר זמן, ואז מסייעין בידו שנעשה אדם (ראה ס' התולדות ע' ס"ד).
בטח חזרת מאמר דא"ח ביום הבר מצוה, ותשמור השיעורים השוים לכל נפש בחומש, תהלים, תניא.

In response to the notification that your Bar Mitzvah has taken place and the request for a blessing on your behalf, I hereby express my blessing that, in the words of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nishmaso Eden, you should be G‑d-fearing, a chassid, and a scholar, and bring much nachas—chassidic nachas.
My revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, related that for Bar Mitzvah maamarim (discourses), among the Rebbeim it was customary to begin with "Naaseh Adam" (Let us make man), though sometimes when giving out the maamar to be copied they would omit this beginning. This means that a Bar Mitzvah boy must know that he is to attain the level of "Adam," which is the highest among the four titles: Adam, Ish, Gever, Enosh (see Kuntres Toras HaChassidus ch. 7; D"H Vayavo Amalek 5709 – Kuntres 62 ch. 2). One must work on this immediately and not postpone it; then he is helped from Above to become an "Adam" (see Sefer HaToldos p. 64).
Certainly you recited a Chassidic maamar on your Bar Mitzvah day and will keep up with the daily study portions in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya.
