זה עתה קבלתי מכתבו מיום א' וישלח עם פ"נ המוסגר בו, אשר אקראהו בל"נ על הציון בחג י"ט כסלו הבע"ל.
בנוגע לשאלתו במכתבו אשר רוצים שיהי' ג"כ השם כתר תורה מצורף לשם ישיבתנו, הנה מה שיש להזהר בזה הוא אשר כיון שחברי הועד שעשה בשביל ישיבתנו הם חברי הועד של הישיבה דמלפנים ואם גם בשם ישיבתנו יהי' מצורף שם הישיבה דמלפנים, אז יש מקום לחשש שינהגו בהישיבה כאדם העושה בתוך שלו, ובפרט אשר כנראה ממכתבי כת"ר שי' הקודמים, הנה גם רשיון הישיבה שלנו מהממשלה רוצים לקחת על יסוד הרשיון הקודם של הישיבה כתר תורה, וצריך בזה זהירות יתרה לשמור את הציור של המוסדות של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, וזה אי אפשר אלא אם כן יהי' החלטת כל הענינים בידי תמימים ומחונכי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ.
...בטח כבר כתב להרה"ג והרה"ח וכו' הר"ש[2] שי' מטוסאוו בנוגע לבקשת רשיון הכניסה למדינתו עתה, מתאים למה שכתבתי לו במכתבי הקודם.
אפשר הדבר שימים אלה אשיג העתק בצרפתית ממכתבי למר יוסף שי' ברדוגא, ובכל אופן מטובו להודיעני מקבלת הנ"ל את מכתבי ואם נצרך עוד איזה הוספה לזה.
בטח יזכיר את הרב דמידלת שי' ע"ד הספרים.

I have just now received your letter from Sunday, Vayishlach, with the enclosed pan (pidyon nefesh), which I will read, G‑d willing, at the Tziyun on Yud-Tes Kislev, may it come soon.
Regarding your question in your letter about wanting to also add the name Kesser Torah to our yeshiva's name: what must be taken care with here is that since the members of the committee who acted for our yeshiva are also members of the previous yeshiva's committee, if our yeshiva's name will also include the previous yeshiva's name, then there is room to worry that they will treat this yeshiva as if it were their own property. Especially as it appears from your previous letters that they want to obtain our yeshiva's government license based on the prior license of Kesser Torah yeshiva. Extra caution is needed here to preserve the character of institutions belonging to my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m. This can only be ensured if all decisions are in the hands of Temimim and those educated by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m.
You have surely already written to Haraha"g v'Haraha"ch etc. R. Shlomo Matosov regarding his request for an entry visa to your country now, as I wrote him in my previous letter. It is possible that in these days I will obtain a French copy of my letter to Mr. Yosef Barduga; in any case, please inform me whether he has received my letter and if any further addition is needed.
You will surely mention Rabbi Dmidlet regarding the books.
