בייליגענד איז א קבלה פאר אייער ביישטייערונג וואס איך האב איבערגעגעבן פאר אונזער חינוך ארבעט אין אפריקע. די הילף איז א דבר בעתו, אזוי ווי די ארבעט האט זך ב"ה שטארק פארברייטערט, און מוז אויך ווייטער אויסגעברייטערט ווערן.
יארן לאנג איז דער מצב פון חינוך אין די לענדער פון צפון אפריקא שטארק פארנאכלעסיקט געווארן צוליב די גרויסע ארימקייט וועלכע הערשט דארט, ווי אויך צוליב דעם וואס עס פעלן דארט טוער און עסקנים אויף דעם געביט.
אבער בעזר השי"ת האט זיך דער מצב אין דעם לעצטן יאר געענדערט לטוב דורך די מוסדות חינוך וואס מיר האבן דארט געגרינדעט: ישיבות, ישיבות קטנות, תלמוד תורות פאר אינגלעך און ת"ת פאר מיידלעך, אוונט קורסן פאר ארבעטער און א בית מדרש למורים צוצוגרייטן לערער און מלמדים פון דער ארטיקער יוגנט.
אונזער פראגראם אין צפון אפריקע זעט פאר אויפצושטעלן תלמוד תורות און ישיבות אין אלע שטעט און שטעטלעך. די דאזיקע ארבעט, וועלכע איז אויך פארבונדן מיט געבן מאטעריעלע הילף, ווי שפייז, קליידער אד"ג, פאדערט נאטירליך גרויסע סומען. עס איז אבער א גרויסער און זעלטענער זכות צו האבן א חלק אין דער דאזיקער הייליקער ארבעט וואס האט זיך אנגעהויבן מיט דער איניציאטיוו פון כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, און איך האף, אז חובבי תורה בכלל ואנ"ש בפרט וועלן זיך אנשטרענגען צו געבן און צו שאפן א וואס גרעסערע הילף, וואס דורך דעם וועלן זיי אויך שאפן גרויסע און ברייטע צינורות פאר ברכה והצלחה בגשמיות וברוחניות.

Enclosed is a receipt for your contribution which I have forwarded to our educational work in Africa. Your help is most timely, as the work has greatly expanded with G‑d's help and must continue to broaden further.
For years, the state of education in the countries of North Africa was severely neglected due to the widespread poverty there, as well as the lack of active workers and community leaders in this area. However, with the help of Hashem, the situation has improved over the past year through the educational institutions we have established there: yeshivos, small yeshivos, Talmud Torahs for boys and girls, evening courses for workers, and a teachers' seminary to prepare local youth as teachers and educators.
Our program in North Africa aims to establish Talmud Torahs and yeshivos in all cities and towns. This work also involves providing material assistance such as food, clothing, etc., which naturally requires large sums.
However, it is a great and rare merit to have a share in this holy work that began with the initiative of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal. I hope that lovers of Torah in general and Anash in particular will strive to give and generate as much support as possible. Through this they will also create broad channels for blessing and success both materially and spiritually.
I am sending a message to your son Mr. Zalman Yaakov sheyichyeh and wish him to return home in good health.
