Yasher koach for your Torah efforts, as I am certain you are doing what you can to directly inspire others in Eretz HaKodesh regarding the importance of this study. It is understood that the chassidim and Anash will also do what they can in this area.

On this occasion, I would like to request clarification from you: it has been said that an article or announcement was published in your name in newspapers in Eretz HaKodesh regarding permission to work during Shemittah, etc. Since I do not know how much truth there is to this report that reached here, I would appreciate it if you could write me the details.

Certainly you have been in contact with other people and institutions involved in teaching the laws of Shemittah and are working together with them.
