ידוע פירוש דא"ח על הפ' לך לך, כי כל איש מישראל, בני אברהם אבינו ע"ה צריך לאחוז בדרכו של אאע"ה, שהי' נודד ממקום למקום ובכל מקום בואו - ויקרא בשם ה', אל תקרי ויקרא אלא ויקריא (סוטה יו"ד) שהי' מפרסם אלקותו ית'. והגם שעבודה זו קשה היא לעובר דרכים, אבל לכל אחד ניתנו הכוחות להוציא תפקידו ושליחות נפשו לפועל.
כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ הדגיש האחריות הגדולה המוטלת על תלמידי וחניכי הישיבות ביחוד לתת צדקה רוחנית ברוח נדיבה להעניים בדעת אשר בסביבתם וקהלתם, לזכות את הרבים בשיעורי לימוד ברבים ולהשפיע עליהם לקרבם לתורה ולמצוות. אשר כל זה הם כלים רחבים לקבלת ברכות כל טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות.
והנני מקוה לשמוע בשורות טובות ממנו בעבודתו בזה, ובטח יוסיף אומץ וילך מחיל אל חיל הן בקביעות עתים שלו לעצמו והן בשיעוריו ברבים, ות"ח על הודעתו מזה.
והנני לברכו בהצלחה מרובה בפרנסה מתוך הרחבה ובעבודתו הרוחנית, ומחכה לבשו"ט,

I was pleased to receive regards from you through our friend Haraha"g vavaha"ch vavac"h iy"a num"m Ish Chai VeRav Pe'alim etc. Moreinu HaRav Yosef HaLevi Weinberg, and I am interested to know details of your work in meriting your surroundings.
It is known from Chassidic teachings on the verse "Lech Lecha," that every Jew, a child of Avraham Avinu a"h, must follow in his path—he wandered from place to place and everywhere he went, "Vayikra b'shem Hashem," do not read "vayikra" (he called), but "vayakria" (he caused others to call) (Sotah 10b)—that he publicized His blessed G‑dliness. And although this work is difficult for a traveler, everyone is given the strength to fulfill his mission and soul's purpose in practice.
My revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, emphasized the great responsibility placed upon students and alumni of yeshivos especially—to give spiritual charity generously to those lacking knowledge in their surroundings and communities; to merit the many through public Torah study sessions; and to influence them to draw closer to Torah and mitzvos. All these are broad vessels for receiving blessings for all good both materially and spiritually.
I hope to hear good news from you regarding your work in this area. Surely you will continue with strength and go from strength to strength both in your own fixed study times and in your public classes. Thank you for informing me about this.
I bless you with abundant success in livelihood with expansiveness and in your spiritual work, awaiting good news.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every Jew should emulate Avraham Avinu by spreading G‑dliness wherever they go. By teaching Torah publicly and uplifting others spiritually, one creates vessels for both material and spiritual blessings.
