נעם לי לקבל פ"ש ממנו על ידי ידידנו הרה"ג והרה"ח וו"ח אי"א נו"מ איש חי ורב פעלים וכו' מוהר"ר יוסף שי' הלוי וויינבערג.
ידוע פירוש המא' כל ישראל ערבים זה בזה, שהמלה ערבים משמע א) מתיקות, ב) תערובת, ג) אחריות, היינו שמשום אהבת ישראל כל ישראל מעורבים זה בזה ואחראיים כל אחד בעד חברו. אשר כל זה נמצא גם בגשמיות במסחר האינשורענס, ומכש"כ ברוחניות.
כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ הדגיש האחריות הגדולה המוטלת על כל איש מישראל לתת צדקה רוחנית ברוח נדיבה להעניים בדעת אשר בסביבתם וקהלתם, לזכות את הרבים בשיעורי לימוד ברבים ולהשפיע עליהם לקרבם לתורה ולמצוות, אשר כל זה הם כלים רחבים לקבלת ברכות כל טוב בגשמיות וברוחניות. ויש ללמוד מזה גם על גודל הצדקה שחייב כל איש מישראל לגמול לנפשו האלקית בקביעת עתים לתורה, תורת הנגלה ופנימיות התורה הוא לימוד הדא"ח.
והנני מקוה לשמוע בשורות טובות ממנו בעבודתו בזה, ות"ח על הודעתו מזה.

I was pleased to receive regards from you through our friend Haraha"g veHaraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m Ish Chai veRav Pe'alim etc. Yosef HaLevi Weinberg.
It is known how our Sages interpret 'Kol Yisrael Areivim Zeh Bazeh' (all Jews are responsible for one another): the word 'areivim' means (a) sweetness, (b) mixture/interconnectedness, (c) responsibility. That is, because of Ahavas Yisrael, all Jews are intertwined and responsible for each other. All this is also found in physical matters such as the insurance business—and certainly applies in spiritual matters.
My revered father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, emphasized the great responsibility upon every Jew to give spiritual charity generously to those who are 'poor in knowledge' in their surroundings and community—to merit the many by organizing public Torah study sessions and influencing them to come closer to Torah and mitzvos. All these are broad vessels for receiving blessings of all good both materially and spiritually.
From this we also learn about the great charity each Jew must do for his own G‑dly soul—by setting fixed times for Torah study: both Nigleh (the revealed part of Torah) and its inner dimension—learning Chassidus.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every Jew is responsible for others both materially and spiritually. By inspiring others in Torah and mitzvos and dedicating time to one's own learning, we create vessels for G‑d's blessings in all areas of life.
