And surely you yourself will also gladden me with good news that brings joy to the heart regarding the growth of the Torah institutions "Oholei Yosef Yitzchak - Lubavitch" in your pure camp—Torah that teaches 'Pikudei Hashem yesharim mesamchei lev' (the L‑rd's precepts are upright, rejoicing the heart)—and thank you very much in advance.
And now I have come to express my deep gratitude for the sefer "Machsof HaLavan" that you sent—and perhaps there is a hint here; see Zohar I:161b: Machsof HaLavan d'yitgalei chivra al sumka v'chul da l'mai l'mshacha l'darga da d'adva birchan mimabu'a d'chula (Machsof HaLavan—white revealed over red and all this is to draw down to this level that is blessed from the source of all), and there 162a: v'chivra itgalif al gvanin v'salik al gvan kulehu hedein Machsof HaLavan etc., and then 'Hashem Ro'i lo echsar' (the L‑rd is my shepherd, I shall not want) and it is written 'Binot deshe yarbitzeni...' (He makes me lie down in green pastures...)—see there.
Enclosed is the booklet for the upcoming Purim days which we have just printed from the teachings of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal nbg"m zya"a, a righteous one who is the foundation of the world who arouses mercy to bestow blessing and success through you, especially to those who bring nachas ruach to his soul in Gan Eden and in this world (Yevamot 97) by supporting educational institutions for Jewish boys and girls in the spirit of Yisrael Saba. For when there are kids there are goats; when there are young ones there are elders; there are wise men; there are elders; there is Torah; there are synagogues and study halls (according to the language of the Midrash—as brought in the booklet)—and ultimately everything leads to: The Holy One Blessed Be He causes His Shechinah to dwell in this world—in this lowly physical world—for when sitra achra is subdued and darkness is transformed into light, then the Infinite Light shines.
With blessings for Purim joy and regards from the group—may all Israel be friends—peace to all his descendants.
