כולל חב"ד רמבעה"ן, אשר יסדו הוד כ"ק רבינו אדמו"ר הזקן זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע ובססו במסירות נפש, ואחריו הוד כ"ק רבותינו הקדושים זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע אשר שמשו בנשיאות הכולל חב"ד בכל דור ודור התאמצו ביותר בהחזקתו וקיומו - נמצא בשנים האחרונות במצב קשה.
וז"ל כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, בין שאר דברי קדשו, בקריאתו האחרונה, בעלמא דין, למען הכולל, י"ט יום קודם הסתלקותו:"כל אחד ואחד מאנ"ש עליו החובה לזכור בכל עת ובכל שעה כי מצות צדקת הרמבעה"ן שאנו מצווים עלי' מפי כ"ק רבותינו הקדושים זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, היא חובת גברא של כל איש ואשה, והיא נוהגת בכל מקום ובכל זמן וקבועה לדורות, ואף ברכות הקדש.. מיועדות מפי כ"ק רבוה"ק זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לכל מחזיקי הצדקה המקודשת הזאת, קבועה וקיימת לנצח".
בטח חרותים דברי קודש אלו על לבות אנ"ש שי', ולא באתי בזה אלא לזרז למזורזים ולהעדפה להעלות בקודש, אשר אלו שמאיזה סיבה שתהי', אין עדיין בביתם שופר רמבעה"ן כולל חב"ד, יזדרזו להביאו ולקבעו בביתם. וכל מחזיקי שופרות הרמבעה"ן כולל חב"ד וגבאי הכולל, חבריו עושיו ומעשיו, כל אחד ואחת מהם, יוסיף אומץ בעזרתו לכולל חב"ד, בכדי שיוכל הכולל למלא תעודתו ותפקידיו מתאים לדרישת השעה.
וגדולה צדקה זו לעורר חסדים עליונים להמשיך לכל אחד ואחת מעושי' ברכות מאליפות להתברך הם ובני ביתם שיחיו, בכל הדרוש להם בגשמיות וברוחניות.

To our friends, Anash in every place—may Hashem be upon them and grant them life.

Colel Chabad of Rambam BaEretz HaNeederet, which was founded by our honored Rebbe, the Alter Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous be a blessing), and established with self-sacrifice—and after him, our honored holy Rebbeim zatzal who led Colel Chabad in every generation—exerted themselves greatly in its support and maintenance. In recent years it has found itself in a difficult situation.
These are the words of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, among his other holy words in his last call in this world for the sake of Colel Chabad, nineteen days before his passing: "Every single member of Anash is obligated to remember at all times that the mitzvah of tzedakah for Rambam BaEretz HaNeederet which we are commanded by our holy Rebbeim zatzal is a personal obligation for every man and woman. It applies everywhere and at all times and is fixed for generations. Even the holy blessings... are designated by our holy Rebbeim zatzal for all who support this sacred tzedakah; it is fixed and eternal."
Surely these holy words are engraved on the hearts of Anash. I write only to encourage those already motivated and to further elevate in holiness: those who, for whatever reason, do not yet have a Rambam BaEretz HaNeederet Colel Chabad charity box in their home should hasten to bring one and establish it there.
And all who already have these charity boxes and all gabbaim (managers), members, doers, and supporters—each one should strengthen their assistance to Colel Chabad so that it can fulfill its mission according to current needs.
This tzedakah is especially great in arousing supernal kindnesses to draw down abundant blessings for each supporter and their families in all they need materially and spiritually.
