בברכה שיקוים בו מה שנאמר בקאפיטל נ"ב בתהלים, ואני כזית רענן (כדרז"ל** בזה מה זית אינו מקבל הרכבה כו') בבית אלקים (בבית שם משפיעים ומחנכים בתורת דא"ח הדרכותי' ומנהגי') גו' כי טוב נגד חסידיך.

...In response to your notification about your birthday, may it be G‑d's will that this year be one of success for you both materially and spiritually—success in the mitzvah and matter that is your personal gateway both from above to below and from below to above, as explained in Iggeres HaKodesh section 7. As Divine Providence has shown through the guidance of our holy Rebbeim (of blessed memory), this is the leadership of Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim and the education of its students so that they become chassidim who are G‑d-fearing and diligent in their studies. Through this comes additional success in all other matters, including your personal affairs in general—as is self-evident.
With a blessing that what is stated in chapter 52 of Tehillim will be fulfilled in you: 'VaAni KeZayis Ra'anan (And I am like a fresh olive tree)' (as our Sages explain: just as an olive tree does not accept grafting etc.) 'BeVeis Elokim (in the house where they influence and educate with Chassidus—its teachings and customs) ... Ki Tov Neged Chasidecha.' With blessings for success.
