ללמוד המאמר (דש"פ חיי תש"ג) ד"ה כה אמר ה' גו' קרובה ישועתי לבוא (כולו, או מקצתו עכ"פ) וקטע משיחת שמח"ת ה'תר"צ בענין דיפוצו מעינותיך חוצה הוא כלי לאור גילוי המשיח, במהרה בימינו אמן,

Shalom u'Vrachah!
In anticipation of the Festival of Redemption—our redemption and the liberation of our souls—I am proposing that farbrengens be arranged on Shabbos Chai Kislev, the days of Yud Tes–Chaf Kislev, and the fifth night of Chanukah—on all these days or at least some of them; at minimum on two. These should include: farbrengens in many places within your community's camp, and a large gathering—with both quantity and quality—in one special place. The purpose is to study the maamar (from Parshas Chayei Sarah 5703) beginning "Koh Amar Hashem... Kerovah Yeshuasi Lavo" ("So says G‑d... My salvation is near to come")—either in full or at least in part—and a section from the Simchas Torah 5690 talk about "Yafutzu Maayanosecha Chutzah" ("Your wellsprings shall spread outward") as a vessel for the light of Mashiach's revelation speedily in our days, amen. It is important to explain to those participating the teaching of our Sages regarding Mishnah: that study is not the main thing but action is—the main thing is action—as it says: "So says G‑d: Guard justice and do righteousness," as explained in the above maamar regarding guarding and doing these things. At this auspicious time, resolutions should be made for practical action immediately and for the coming days ahead—for peace upon all Israel.
With blessings for the Festival of Redemption, and in the words of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal: Gut Yom Tov. May you be inscribed and sealed for a good year in learning chassidus and following chassidic ways.
