Regarding your question about whether it is customary to eat matzah on Pesach Sheni: In addition to what I told you orally—that our custom, based on the practice of Beis Chayeinu shlita, is to eat matzah at the meal on the day of the 14th of Iyar—I have now found in printed books, in Sefer Likutei Meir (by R. Meir Benet from Tcharda in Hungary), in the new edition regarding matters of Pesach Sheni, that he quotes from Likutei Maharich vol. 3 that the custom of men of action is to eat matzah on the day of the 14th of Iyar. However, it requires clarification since the eating of Pesach Sheni was actually on the night of the 15th of Iyar.

And in Sefer Zikaron Yehudah it is written that the Baal Mesivta Imrei Eish and his father-in-law Moreinu Harav David Deutsch would eat matzah and also a boiled egg on the night of the 15th of Iyar. And in Sefer Darkei Chaim V'Shalom (by R. M. Gold from Munkatch), section 432b, he brings that the custom in Munkatch was to eat matzah and maror at the meal on the day of the 14th of Iyar; and even though eating Pesach Sheni was at night (the night of the 15th), nevertheless, since the offering was brought during the day and that is considered its beginning, they were particular also to eat matzah at night.
