איני יודע בכאן מי הוא העומד בראש כל קיבוץ בענינים כמו אלו, אבל מעמיד אני על החזקה שעניני כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש לא יביאו לידי אי-נעימות וכשאשלח הקונ' אליו בודאי יסודר הכל כדבעי.
אקוה שעדיין זוכר כשהיינו ביחד בשנת תרפ"ז בההתועדות בלי פרסום בהפרוזדור במאחאוואי את טענתו ודיבור בענין פרה אדומה.
ויה"ר שנרגיש בלב ובשר הגשמי את הכתוב בשיחת ל"ג בעומר שבקונטרס, שבין על הגלגל בין ח"ו תחתיו אין להתרגש ושעשירים אנו, חברי קהל עדת החסידים בפרט, בעשירות הנצחית.

In response to your letter from the 23rd of Nissan: Enclosed is the kuntres for Lag BaOmer, which has just arrived from the binder. It is intended to bring merit to the many, as you wrote. Certainly, you will inform me of how the study is organized and how you will bring merit to the public with this, as well as how it will bring satisfaction to my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita.
I do not know here who is in charge of each group regarding such matters, but I rely on the presumption that matters concerning my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, will not lead to any unpleasantness. When I send the kuntres to him, everything will surely be arranged properly.
I hope you still remember when we were together in 5687 at the farbrengen held quietly in the corridor in Machavai—your argument and words about Parah Adumah.
May it be G-d's will that we feel in our hearts and physical flesh what is written in the Lag BaOmer sichah in this kuntres: whether on top of the wheel or G-d forbid beneath it, one should not be disturbed; and that we are wealthy—especially members of Kahal Adas HaChassidim—in eternal wealth.
