Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter from the second of Shevat (the enclosed letter to my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita I passed on to the appropriate place, as I do not wish to take responsibility for these matters):

a) Once again I ask you to expedite the printing and shipping as much as possible.

b) You may also send on behalf of Machane Yisrael and Kehot. So far only five packages of Tanya have been received, and in some copies several pages are blank or missing.

c) Please print Torah Or from the Vilna 5659 edition and Likkutei Torah Vilna 5664 edition that you have as you wrote. Certainly in Torah Or at the end there are also the additions, and in Likkutei Torah also the correction chart at its end. I will send the text for the title pages and introductions when notified that printing has begun. Also regarding Pesakim Dinim (at the end of Pesak Dinim there should also be pages 69-70 and seven pages "Omissions and Corrections." Please supervise this because in several copies they are missing).

d) As per your suggestion you may set prices by region: Tanya, Sefer HaMaamarim, Sefer HaSichos each for 30-35 cents. Our book vol. IV for 25-30 cents. Pokeach Ivrim, our book vol. I & II each for 10-15 cents.

e) If it is possible to find pocket-sized Tehillim it should be printed—2,000 copies. Please inform me which print you have so I can clarify if any changes are needed. In any case it is necessary to add at the beginning about the institution of reciting Tehillim in public (as printed in Torah Or or at the end of Moreh Shiur).

f) I have urged Rabbi G as you requested. But they ask me: it has been about half a year since printing began—where are the books? Especially since others here have received books printed by us whose printing began after he started working on our books. Some here have already received Tanyas and are selling them. It was also reported that Joint gave money for printing Pokeach Ivrim. I do not know what to answer. Please inform me about all this soon so I will know how to respond to those asking.

g) Please send (by order if possible) fifty copies of our book vol. I directly according to this address (and let us know shipping date): Escuelu Beth - Jacob montviduo 2317 constitucion uruguay.

h) I heard that some volumes of Likkutei Dibburim and Sichos were also printed by us; please send some copies of each for our library.

i) Certainly our emissaries—the Avrechim Poizner and Boymgarten—will visit you. It is worthwhile that they consult together; perhaps they can immediately send here books already printed.

j) If you intend to travel—how will you arrange matters so that all the above-mentioned printing will be brought to good completion? Besides the money and effort invested in this—it would be a Chilul Hashem (G-d forbid) after all the publicity given to this matter; it would cause great anguish (G-d forbid) to my revered father-in-law the Rebbe shlita etc., etc.
