In response to your letter (without a date) – as you requested, I have instructed that you be sent, in a special package, copies of everything published recently. Since it is not known until when you have been receiving the publications regularly, please check the list of our publications at the end of Sefer HaKitzurim and inform us if you need more sent and how many copies of each.

I take this opportunity once again to emphasize the great necessity to organize in your country the distribution of these publications (both in Chassidus and in English. The latter is especially needed because through it there is an opening and hope to counteract English-language literature written contrary to Torah and tradition).

See in the Yom Kippur article of this year how all suggestions are good for reaching the desired outcome. This should suffice. I trust that lengthy explanation is unnecessary for you on this matter, so I will be brief.

Regarding what you wrote about the matter of the three kelipot and how they are differentiated, I am copying here what I wrote to someone else regarding this question; incidentally, this will clarify what seems puzzling in Tanya as will be explained below...
