א) נשלחו להם עוד ספרים, ובודאי יאשרו את קבלתם. כן בטח יסדרו עם שאר קבוצי אנ"ש אשר בפאריז בחילוק הספרים, באופן שכולם יהנו מאור תורה* שבספרים אלו. כן מוסג"פ מאמר לר"ה הבע"ל שהקדים כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש לתתו בכתב, למען יגיע מעבר לים בהקדם. ובודאי יעתיקוהו באופן היאות, באופן שכל הנ"ל יוכלו ללמדו תיכף.
ב) פרטי אופני גביית המעמד ה"ז תלוי בתנאי כל מקום ומקום, ובטח יחליטו ברוב דעות חברי ועד המעמד כפי טובת הענין, ובמשך זמן קצר הרי יודיע הנסיון בפועל אם טוב הוא או שצריך לשנות...

In response to your letters: a) Additional books have been sent to you, and you will surely confirm their receipt. Certainly, you will arrange with the other groups of Anash in Paris regarding the distribution of the books so that everyone will benefit from the light of Torah contained in these volumes. Enclosed as well is a maamar for the upcoming Rosh Hashanah that my revered father-in-law, the Admor, prepared in writing in advance so it would reach overseas quickly. Surely you will copy it appropriately so that all those mentioned above can study it immediately.
b) The details of how to collect the maamad depend on the circumstances of each place. Surely, a decision will be made by majority opinion among the members of the maamad committee according to what is best for the matter. In a short time, practical experience will show whether this method is good or needs to be changed...
