According to the instruction of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, we have registered the Beis Rivka school in Paris as part of our network of schools under our administration. In a special package we are sending you the standard curriculum for Beis Rivka schools. If you find it necessary to implement any changes in the curriculum for Beis Rivka Paris according to local circumstances, please inform us of your suggestions regarding this.
The pronunciation used in studies at Beis Rivka schools is Ashkenazic. We are attaching here a questionnaire; please fill it out and send it back to us.
The Gemara (Taanit 20a) says: Mishenichnas Adar marbin b'simchah ("When Adar enters, we increase in joy"), because of the days of Purim. The main aspect of Purim—especially as explained in Chassidus—is that they fulfilled what they had already accepted at Matan Torah (Shabbat 88a) with the giving of the Torah. Just as Matan Torah depended on women first agreeing to accept it—as our Sages say (Shemot Rabbah ch. 28)—so too, the main miracle of Purim was also through women, as Rashbam writes (Tosafot d.h. she'af Megillah 4a; see Rashash there who resolves difficulties).
