בודאי ראה בקובץ ליוב' ח"ד המענה על שאלתו מכבר, ע"ד ביאור ענין משניות בע"פ ע"ד הנגלה, והוא בתוס' הערות ומלואים על מה שכתבתי לו מכבר.
ויש להוסיף הארה - ע"פ דא"ח - בענין מורח ודאין ע"פ משנ"ת בלקו"ת סד"ה לבאר ענין המסעות (ועייג"כ הקדמת ביאוה"ז), וגם מבאר שם דלא למראה עיניו ומשמע אזניו היינו חו"ב, ומבואר בכ"ד דחו"ב היינו אכו"ש, משא"כ ריח רוח אויר.
ולהעיר - דרך אגב - שבזח"ב עח, א שהביא שם בלקו"ת איתא דגם שלמה דן בלא עדים והתראה וכ"ה בשהש"ר בתחלתו ובש"ס דילן (ר"ה כא ב) ובתרגום משמע דלא ס"ל כך.

Thank you for bringing to my attention the sefer Mishnas Yoel; I have now found it in the library of my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita.
Please inquire with him about the details of the proposal regarding printing my father-in-law the Rebbe's maamarim—of America—as a gift to my father-in-law the Rebbe shlita. Kindly inform me of your decision. As I have already explained... participation is only if it is in a manner that does not involve any compulsion or pressure at all, for otherwise this is contrary to the intention, etc., and for obvious reasons I do not wish to elaborate further on this again.
Certainly you saw in Kuntres Lubavitch vol. 4 my response to your earlier question regarding explaining the matter of Mishnayos recited by heart according to nigleh (the revealed aspect of Torah), which is included in additional notes and supplements to what I previously wrote you.
It is appropriate to add an insight—according to Chassidus—on Morach V'Dayin based on what is explained in Likkutei Torah, discourse "Leva'er Inyan HaMasaos" (and see also the introduction of Biur HaZohar), where it is also explained that "not by what his eyes see nor by what his ears hear" refers to chochmah and binah (wisdom and understanding), and it is clarified elsewhere that chochmah and binah correspond to eating and drinking, whereas smell (reiach) refers to ruach or air.
Incidentally, note that in Zohar vol. 2 p. 78a cited there in Likkutei Torah, it says that even Shlomo judged without witnesses or warning; so too in Shir HaShirim Rabbah at its beginning and in our Gemara (Rosh Hashanah 21b), while Onkelos seems not to agree with this view.
