בנועם קבלתי אגרתו זה מזמן, ומשום רבוי הטרדות לא יכולתי לענות מקודם.
דבריו היוצאים מהלב למען המוסדות הק' אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש, היו לי לעידוד, והנני מקוה אשר כמ"ע וחברי הועד הם מהאומרים מעט ועושים הרבה, ותמיכתם ועזרתם להמוסדות הק' הנ"ל תלך מחיל אל חיל בתוספות כח ועוז, כמו כל דבר חי שהולך וגדל, וכפסק חז"ל שמעלין בקדש.
ולקראת חג הגאולה דיב-יג תמוז - גאולת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא הדור, אשר בשמו דוגלים מוסדותינו הנ"ל, שהיתה גאולה כללית ונצחון התורה והיהדות - מוסג"פ קונטרס יב-יג תמוז, ה'תשי"ב שהוצאנו לאור מתורתו של רבינו, ובטח יזכה בזה גם את סביבתו.

It was with pleasure that I received your letter some time ago, and due to many preoccupations I was unable to respond earlier. Your heartfelt words on behalf of the holy institutions Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch were an encouragement to me, and I hope that you and the members of the committee are among those who say little and do much. May your support and assistance for these holy institutions continue to go from strength to strength with increased energy and vigor, like every living thing that grows and flourishes, as our Sages ruled that one always ascends in matters of holiness.
In anticipation of the Festival of Redemption—12th–13th of Tammuz—the redemption of our revered teacher my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal (of blessed memory), leader of the generation, in whose name our above-mentioned institutions are dedicated—a redemption that was both general and a victory for Torah and Judaism—I am enclosing herewith a booklet for 12th–13th Tammuz, 5712, which we published from his teachings. Surely you will also share this with those around you.
