במענה על מכתבם מיום י"ז סיון והקודם לו בהם מודיעים ע"ד הסדרים בהישיבה, ואשר בי"ג תמוז הבע"ל בדעתם להעריך חגיגה לפתיחת הישיבה באופן רשמי.
הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת שיהי' בהצלחה ויגדיל השי"ת גבולם בתלמידים הן באיכות והן בכמות, היינו בהגדלת מספר התלמידים ובהרמת איכותם מתאים לשם הישיבה אחי תמימים.
וביום י"ג תמוז, בו יצא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר לחירות, ואמר אז, שאין זה חירות פרטי אלא שזהו נצחון כללי דעניני תורה ויהדות, הנה יזכם השי"ת להיות הצנורות והשלוחים שעל ידם יבוא זה בפועל בסביבתם, היינו שהמוסד אחי תמימים שבהנהלתם ישמש מרכז משם תואר כל הסביבה בנר מצוה ותורה אור ומאור שבתורה זוהי פנימיות התורה ברוח של מסירת נפש מתאים לרצון כ"ק נשיאינו רבוה"ק זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
בפ"ש כל המסייעים והמשתתפים בהנהלת המוסד ובברכת הצלחה להם להר"מ להר"י ולהתלמידים שיחיו.

In response to your letter from the 17th of Sivan and the previous one, in which you inform me about the arrangements in the yeshiva and that on the upcoming Yud-Gimmel Tammuz you plan to hold a celebration for the official opening of the yeshiva.
May it be G‑d's will that it be successful, and may He expand your boundaries with students both in quality and quantity—that is, by increasing the number of students and raising their level in accordance with the name of the yeshiva, Achi Temimim.
And on Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, when my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, was released into freedom—and he said then that this was not a personal liberation but a general victory for all matters of Torah and Judaism—may G‑d grant you merit to be the channels and emissaries through whom this is realized in your environment; that is, that Achi Temimim under your leadership should serve as a center from which light spreads throughout the area: "Ner Mitzvah v'Torah Or" (a mitzvah is a lamp and Torah is light) and "the illumination within Torah," meaning the inner dimension of Torah, with a spirit of self-sacrifice according to the will of our holy Rebbeim.
Warm regards to all who assist and participate in running the institution. With blessings for success to them, to the teachers, to Rabbi Y., and to all the students.
