Enclosed is a copy of my letter to Haraha"ch Mohr... Please write me your opinion on this matter. If the aforementioned individual and his wife are suitable to lead a preschool, it would be appropriate to assist them with a loan and other suitable support. Over time, there will surely be great benefit from having a preschool founded and run in the Chabad spirit.
Now to the main point—I wish to express my heartfelt thanks for arranging my brother's funeral properly. May it be G‑d's will that from now on we should only help each other in joyful and healthy matters.
