I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 21st of Iyar. Some of your questions have already been answered in my previous letters, and I now await a detailed letter regarding your conversation with Mr. ... whom, according to your letter, you were supposed to visit today.
I was pleased to read in your letter about the results achieved in the fundraising campaign for establishing the network. You have now tangibly seen that the heart of Israel is indeed awake to matters of Torah and mitzvahs—especially those connected with Ilana DeChaya (the Tree of Life), the inner dimension of Torah, Chassidus, its ways, and customs. However, as I have already written, at the outset it is advisable to arrange things so that there are not large expenses. This is for several reasons; in my estimation at the beginning of this work it is possible to arrange things so that there will not be a deficit in the work itself.
I await good news and send blessings for success in your holy work and for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.
