It was pleasant to receive your letter from the 24th of Sivan (which is surely a response to my letter I sent you regarding the address of Haraha"ch Reb Avraham Pariz, since I did not know his address), and I was pleased to read that throughout this time and even now you are engaged in good activities in the field of proper education.

Certainly, you will continue this holy work in the future as well, which is always necessary and especially now and even more so in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land).

Regarding your personal question about currently negotiating with an institution under the authority of a political party: it is somewhat surprising to me, for it would seem that you could invest your energies within the four cubits of Chabad. I do not yet know the reasons you left Lod, but in any case, if you wish to work not in Lod and not under the administration there, my suggestion is as follows: since it appears from your letter that you are able to take a leading role in founding educational institutions—and also that the means for this exist locally—as with the institution about which you seek my opinion in this letter—it would be worthwhile for you to explore the possibility of establishing there (in Eretz HaKodesh) institutions that would join the network of educational institutions founded in Morocco and named after my revered father-in-law, Admor "Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch." In this network there are institutions ranging from teaching Alef-Bet up to a teachers' and rabbis' seminary.

Although we are not yet able—at present—to send significant resources from here, for small initial expenses I can certainly find a source for this, provided there is real substance to it—not just existence but also aligned with its inner purpose. Certainly keep me informed with details on this matter.

It is understood that if it is impossible to establish an institution as above, then even the proposal to participate in the work of a charedi educational institution—even if connected with a political party—is an appropriate suggestion.

I hope you will fulfill what you wrote in your letter—that you are diligently working regarding a shidduch (match), and may Hashem arrange your match soon and in a manner fitting before Him both materially and spiritually.
