במענה על מכתבכם, שמחתי להתבשר מבואכם בכתובים עם קהילות שונות באמעריקא הדרומית, ואשר נראות כבר איזה תוצאות טובות מעבודתם, בטח תמשיכו לעמוד בקישור עם אלה, שהתחלתם כבר, ותתאמצו להרחיב את פעולותיכם במדה האפשרית לכם בהם אם לסדרי לימודיכם.
ובודאי השתדלו לנצל כל הזדמנות אשר המושפעים על ידיכם בערים השונות יהיו כטופח על מנת להטפיח בהשפעתם על סביבתם.
השאיפה לתרגם הוצאות שונות מהמל"ח בשפות המדוברות באמעריקא הדרומית טובה ונכונה, וכדאי שישתדלו בזה, ובתחילת הדבר באופן מימיוגראפי (סטענסיל) לאחר שימצאו מעתיק מומחה. ולהעתיק רק מאמרים בודדים וכיו"ב.
ובפרטיות תתדברו בזה עם ה"מרכז לעניני חינוך" הבקיאים בענינים אלו.
כן כדאי להתדבר עם הדר. גרינבערג אם יש אפשרות להדפיס שם באיזה מכ"ע כללי או השייך לביה"ס איזו מאמרים הנ"ל.
גם יש לברר אם יש שיעורי לימוד בביהכנ"ס וכיו"ב ובפרט בש"ק ואם אפשר לסדר כאלו אם ישלחו מכאן ספרים (כמובן רק עקז' אחדים, ולא בשביל כאו"א מהשומעים) כמו חומש, קצושו"ע, עין יעקב וכו'.
תודיעו גם להבא מהתפתחות פעולותיהם, ויהי נועם ה' עליכם ומעשי ידיכם, ותתברכו בכל הדרוש לכם בגשמיות וברוחניות.

In response to your letter, I was pleased to hear of your arrival in writing with various communities in South America, and that already some good results are visible from your work. Surely you will continue to maintain contact with those you have already begun with, and strive to broaden your activities as much as possible within the limits of your studies.
Certainly you will endeavor to utilize every opportunity so that those influenced by you in the various cities will themselves become like one who spreads so that others may spread further—impacting their own surroundings.
Your aspiration to translate various publications from Melamed LeHo'il into the languages spoken in South America is good and proper, and it is worthwhile to make efforts in this regard. At first, this can be done via mimeograph (stencil) after finding an expert copyist. Only individual articles and similar items should be copied. In detail, you should discuss this with the Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch who are knowledgeable in these matters.
It is also worthwhile to speak with Dr. Greenberg about the possibility of printing some of these articles in a general newspaper or one associated with a school there. Also, it should be clarified whether there are study sessions in synagogues or similar places—especially on Shabbos—and if it is possible to arrange such sessions if books are sent from here (of course only a few copies, not for every listener), such as Chumash, Kitzur Shulchan Aruch, Ein Yaakov, etc.
Please continue to inform me about the development of your activities. May the pleasantness of Hashem be upon you and your handiwork; may you be blessed with all that you need both materially and spiritually.
