איך האף אז איר וועט מיר אנזאגען גוטע בשורות אין דעם, בייגעלייגט איז די שיחה פון ל"ג בעומר, וועלכע האט זיך יעצט אפגעדרוקט, און זיכער וועט איר אליין לערנען זי, און אויך פאסענדע טיילן פון איר איבערגעבן אייער פרוי תחי'.

Through Haraha"ch vehavac"h iy"a nu"n involved in communal needs with faith etc. Moreinu HaRav Mordechai Chadakov I received your letter, in which you write that business is currently slow and you are concerned about the debts you have. One should not be anxious about this, because in general there is now a slowdown in business. Nevertheless, one must make efforts to find new customers and not wait until they come on their own into the store; rather, also go to them and make it known among your friends and their acquaintances that you have dry goods. Surely Hashem Yisbarach will send sustenance from His full and holy hand.
But you must maintain the fixed times of learning that you have established, as this will keep open the channels of blessing for you and your wife for everything you need. I hope that you will inform me of good news regarding this. Enclosed is the sichah from Lag BaOmer which has just been printed; surely you will study it yourself and also share appropriate parts of it with your wife.
