I am pleased with what you wrote in your letter about submitting once again a request regarding the conference, and may Hashem grant that it be with outstanding success—beyond nature, yet within nature. Enclosed is an excerpt from the talk at the farbrengen of Shabbos Mevarchim Elul, and surely you will publicize this appropriately in ever-wider circles.
