ע"י ידידנו הרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"מ וכו' מוה"ר בנימין שי' גאראדעצקי נודעתי מהחלטתם הטובה לקבוע שיעור לימוד דא"ח באולם הלשכה פעם בשבוע בשתי חבורות אשר ישתתפו בזה אנ"ש מכל הקבוצים יחד, ובודאי ישתדלו לקיים המבוקש של יפוצו מעיינותיך חוצה, עם כל התנאים שבזה כמבואר במכתבי מיו"ד כסלו העבר, אשר זהו הקדמה הכנה וכלי לביאת המשיח במהרה דידן.
טוב הדבר אשר התדברו בענין השו"ב אשר אלו שהתאמנו ושלא התאמנו עדיין כראוי במלאכת הקדש זו, הן בעצם העבודה והן בידיעת ההלכות על בורים, הנה יחזרו וימשיכו הלימוד בזה - אף כי כבר מהם שממלאים משרות זביחה - ושרבני אנ"ש ישגיחו ע"ז, וידוע הדבר אשר נוסף על ידיעת ההלכות ואומנות הזביחה, הנה עיקר בדבר (שו"ת אדה"ז ס"ט. ויעויג"כ שו"ת צ"צ יו"ד סי"ב ושער המילואים טו-יח) היראת שמים, שדורשים משו"ב עוד יותר מרב. ונזכה להמיועד יום בוא השוחט הגדול הוא הקב"ה כמרז"ל סוכה (נ"ב, א).
ואתענג לשמוע בשורות טובות מכולם שיחיו בגשמיות ואשר כולם כאחד ממלאים ומרגישים תפקידם אשר הם נשיהם ובניהם ובנותיהם כולם אחוזים וקשורים בנשיא הדור הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ראש ומוחין של דור זה, ואשר הם כולם הם חלק מקומת דור זה, והרי בטוח הדבר אשר הראש מבטיח אשרו של החלק (לא רק מילוי של אחד מצרכיו הפרטיים) הרוחני והגשמי גם יחד.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Through our friend, the Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"m etc. Moreinu Harav Binyamin Garadetsky, I have learned of your good decision to establish a regular study session in Chassidus in the hall once a week in two groups, with Anash from all the kibbutzim participating together. Certainly, you will strive to fulfill the request of 'Yafutzu Maayanosecha Chutzah' (that your wellsprings should spread outward), with all its conditions as explained in my letter from Yud Kislev last year. This is a preparation and vessel for the coming of Mashiach speedily in our days.
It is good that you discussed the matter of shochetim—that those who have trained and those who have not yet properly trained in this holy work, both in the actual practice and in knowing the laws thoroughly, should review and continue their studies—even if some already serve as shochtim—and that the rabbanim among Anash should supervise this. It is known that beyond knowledge of halachah and skill in shechitah, the main thing (see Shut Admor HaZaken sec. 9; also see Shut tzt"z Yoreh Deah sec. 12 and Shaar HaMiluim 15-18) is fear of Heaven, which is required from a shochet even more than from a rav. May we merit the destined day when "the great Shochet is the Holy One Blessed be He," as our Sages say (Sukkah 52a).
I will delight to hear good news from all of you regarding both material matters and that everyone equally fulfills and feels their role—that they, their wives, sons, and daughters are all bound and connected to the Nasi HaDor, who is my revered father-in-law, head and intellect of this generation; that they are all part of this generation's stature; and it is certain that the head ensures happiness for each part (not just fulfilling one particular need), both spiritually and materially together.
With blessing and regards to each one—may they live.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that strengthening communal Torah study—especially Chassidus—and ensuring proper training for shochetim with an emphasis on fear of Heaven prepares us for redemption. Connection to the Nasi HaDor brings blessings both spiritually and materially.
