Since you write that you have been involved in teaching for many years and certainly reflect on the hearts of the youth, it is surely unnecessary to remind you that if at all times and in all places the motto and goal of the Jewish educator must be to educate students according to the verse "Fear G‑d and keep His commandments, for this is the whole person," how much more so in our era and in the land called by all nations "the Holy Land." This is the central and inner point of educating Bnei Yisrael—meaning that regardless of what subject one teaches or how it is taught, it must be engraved in the mind and heart of the educator to strive to instill in his students—even through this study—the fear of G‑d, so that it will be expressed in their daily lives, along with keeping His commandments.

The merit of your ancestors assists you, as you wrote that you are a grandson of the Rebbe from Kostonin, who was well known for his love for Bnei Yisrael and his awe of Heaven; and the merit of the many helps you as well.
