זה עתה נתקבל מכתבו מג' בהר וכן הקודם לו... וכיון שבידי אנ"ש להפיץ ספרי חב"ד בממדים גדולים באה"ק ת"ו והדרישה עליהם רבתה ג"כ והמחיר לפ"ע אינם גדולים וגם בעיני בשר נראית בזה הצלחה למעלה מדרך הטבע הרי יושבין בחיבוק ידים! וכמעט בכל מכתב ומכתב מסתפק בהודעה אשר העסק חלש והחוב במקומו עומד אף שתומ"י מסיים שיש על מה שתחול הברכה.
והרי עתה בעשיריות מקומות באה"ק ת"ו נמצאים אנ"ש או מגזע אנ"ש או גם מצעירי אגו"ח או עכ"פ כאלו שעמהם עומדים בקישור בזמן האחרון ופשיטא שע"י טובת הנאה היינו באופן של סרסרות וכיו"ב היו מפרסמים וגם משמשים ממוצעים למכירת הספרים והקונטרסים לחוגים היותר רחבים ובלבד שלא יעלו המחירים יותר מכפי ההכרח ויעבדו בהנ"ל במרץ הדרוש ובסדר מסודר, והרי יש בזה גם ענין רוחני גדול במאד שיגיעו הספרים והקונט' לכאלו שעד עתה לא היתה מציאות שיגיעו אליהם או שיעיינו בהם.
מובן שכיון שהוא המו"ס[1] צריך לקחת חלק בראש כל עבודה הנ"ל אבל לאידך גיסא מובטחני שאנ"ש הצעירים והזקנים יסייעו בכל זה, והרי הפצה היא אחד מהסניפים העיקרים בעבודת אנ"ש בכל מקום ומקום והאריכות אך למותר. מבלי רצוני לכפול את כל זה הרי טוב וכדאי שיפרסם דברי או גם יציעם באסיפה הקרובה של אגו"ח וצעירי אגו"ח ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
בברכה לבריאות הנכונה לו ולכל ב"ב שיחיו המחכה לבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל.

Your letter from the third day of Behar, as well as the previous one, has just been received...
Since Anash have the ability to distribute Chabad books on a large scale in Eretz HaKodesh, and the demand for them has also greatly increased, and the price accordingly is not high, and even with physical eyes one can see success beyond the natural order—yet people are sitting with their hands folded! In almost every letter you only report that business is weak and the debt remains, even though you immediately conclude there is something upon which blessing can rest.
Now, in dozens of places in Eretz HaKodesh there are Anash or descendants of Anash or even young members of Aguch or at least those who have recently become connected. Certainly, through offering benefit—meaning by acting as agents or similar—they would publicize and also serve as intermediaries for selling the books and pamphlets to broader circles, provided prices do not rise more than necessary and they work with proper energy and organized order. There is also a very great spiritual matter here: that these books and pamphlets will reach those who until now had no opportunity to receive or study them.
It is understood that since you are the publisher [1], you must take a leading role in all this work. On the other hand, I am confident that both young and old Anash will assist in all this. After all, spreading is one of the main branches of Anash's work everywhere; further elaboration is unnecessary.
Without wishing to repeat everything again: it would be good and worthwhile for you to publicize my words or present them at the upcoming gathering of Aguch and Young Aguch—salvation comes with much counsel.
