זה עתה נתקבל מכתבו מכ"ז ניסן, והשי"ת יצליח את כאו"א מאתנו לראות במהרה ממש בקיום בקשת כאו"א מישראל ג"פ בכל יום, ולמלשינים אל תהי תקוה כו', ולעבוד את השי"ת בלימוד התורה וקיום המצות בהידור, וביותר השתדלות להרחיב ולהגדיל את מוסדות הק', ובפרט אלו הקשורים בנשיאי חב"ד כ"ק אדמו"ר מוהרש"ב וכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר - זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע - ככל האפשרי. וכל המקבל עליו עומ"ש ועוסק במרץ אליבא דנפשי' בכל הנ"ל - הרי מסלקים ממנו כל טרדות ובלבולים, וכידוע המשל בזה שכל המוסר עצמו גם למעלה מטו"ד לעבדות הנשיאים הרי פרנסתו ופרנסת ב"ב מזונותיו ומנוחת נפשו וגופו על הנשיאים, וכמבואר בכמה שיחות הק'...
והשי"ת יברך אותו באריכות ימים ושנים טובות, ויוסיף אומץ בעבודה בכרם חב"ד, אשר זה ימשיך תוספת ברכה והצלחה בעסקנות הצבורית ובעניניו הפרטים.

Your letter from the 27th of Nissan has just been received, and may Hashem grant success to each one of us to soon see the fulfillment of every Jew's request—three times daily—'VeLaMalshinim Al Tehi Tikvah' (and for the slanderers let there be no hope), and to serve Hashem through Torah study and meticulous mitzvah observance, with even greater effort to expand and strengthen the holy institutions, especially those connected with the leaders of Chabad: the Rebbe Rashab and my father-in-law the Rebbe—may their memory be a blessing for life in the World to Come—as much as possible.
Anyone who accepts upon himself this yoke and energetically applies himself personally in all these matters will have all disturbances and confusions removed from him. It is known by way of analogy that whoever gives himself over—even beyond logic and reason—to serve the leaders, his livelihood, his family's sustenance, his material needs, and his peace of mind are upon the leaders themselves, as explained in several holy talks...
May Hashem bless him with long life and good years, and may He grant increased strength in working in the Chabad vineyard. This will bring additional blessing and success in communal work as well as in his personal affairs.
