Your letter with the message from Mar Dalphon arrived, and certainly this is only the beginning—thank you very much. My response was delayed due to my preoccupation with publishing summaries of tzt"z and his glosses on Tanya, with several additions, which I hope will be released from the Beit Din in the coming week.

The books Zecher Yehuda and Tzror HaChaim are not in my possession...

To conclude with words of Torah: I was inspired by what is printed in the above-mentioned book, which brings a teaching from the Baal Shem Tov that even the angel Michael would give all his service for one fringe from among the four fringes of a Jew’s tzitzis. From the details—why specifically did he mention the mitzvah of tzitzis, and why one fringe and not just a single thread? It can be explained based on what is written (Zohar III, 216a) that angel Michael is from the chariot of "all the chariot," Gemara. And it is stated in Tikkunei Zohar (Tikkun 10) that anyone who wears tzitzis is as if he established a throne. Therefore, it says that although tzitzis is only "as if," nevertheless he would give even the service of the chariot itself for this. That’s why it says precisely one fringe out of four—because all this and only this pertains to Michael, as is understood. In my notes on what was printed there are also comments regarding nigleh.
