בטח ידוע לו זה מכבר ע"ד התעסקותנו בהדפסה ע"י הוו"ח וכו' מהור"ד שי' בראוומאן והנה מתעכבים הענינים שם וכנראה אשר מהסיבות העקריות להעיכוב הוא שאי [אפשר] ללוות האמצעים שם על אתר וכן הקושי בהובלת הספרים הנדפסים משם.
בהיותי אמש בהיכל כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א אמר לי אשר מהנכון כיוון שכבודו יוכל ע"י השתדלות לקבל רשיון עכ"פ טראנזיט דרך שם שאם אין בזה סתירה כלל לנסיעתו לאירלנד, שיסע לשם בהקדם ויקח אתו אלף תרמכן (ובקשתי מהרר"נ שי' נעמענאוו שיתנם לו מהשייך אלינו) וביחד עם הרד"ב ימהרו הענינים עד כמה שאפשר. וכדי למהר יוכל הרד"ב לכרוך הספרים לא בכריכה קשה כ"א בכריכת נייר ע"ד זו של ספרנו, וישתדלו ג"כ למהר בהובלת הספרים משם, ע"י נוסעים לצרפת ומשם לכאן או ישר משם לכאן ואל בינתם אשען בזה.
יש גם שאר הסכום הנצרך לכל ההדפסה אבל אין ברצון כ"ק מו"ח אד"ש שיקח בב"א יותר מהנ"ל, יותר פרטים ע"ד מצב הדפסתנו יוכל לדעת מהרנ"נ או מהרב"צ ש"ט.

Surely you already know about our involvement in the printing through the vavaha"ch etc. Mehor D. Brauman. Matters there are delayed, and it seems that one of the main reasons is the inability to borrow funds there on the spot, as well as difficulties in transporting the printed books from there.
Last night while I was in the room of my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, he told me that since you can obtain a transit permit through your efforts—provided this does not conflict at all with your trip to Ireland—you should travel there as soon as possible and take with you one thousand shekels (I have asked Harav N.N. Nemenov to give you what pertains to us), and together with R.D.B., expedite matters as much as possible.
To speed things up, R.D.B. can bind the books not in hard covers but rather with paper binding like our own book. They should also try to hasten the transport of the books from there—either via travelers to France and from there here or directly from there to here—and I rely on your understanding in this matter.
There is also the rest of the sum needed for all the printing, but my father-in-law does not wish for you to take more than mentioned above at once. For more details about our printing situation, you can ask Harav N.N. or Harav B.T.
